Cellier des Dauphins – Cotes Du Rhone – FRENCH WINE

Addicting is the best wine to describe this wine.  You know how cheese can be super addicting? (Some studies say cheese is more addicting then heroin!)   That is what this wine is like. You put it down on the table, then pick it right back up to take another sip.

Another wine that gets great ratings and cost $15 or less. Thanks to my friend Matt to introducing me to it.

Goes with – Cotes du Rhone is super food friendly, so just about anything. Great with leftovers when you have to mix a bunch of flavors together.

Fun fact – Cotes du Rhone is the 2^nd largest wine region in France, after only Bordeaux.  I like to think of it the more casual, less successful brother of Bordeaux, but a star in its own right.
