SQUADRA ITALIAN ROSÉ

A gimmicky label usually tells me “stay away” more than a friend in need does.  Not this wine.  Super dry, taste a tad like clay, but you will enjoy this wine. It has the “Oh crap that bottle went quick, better get another one” quality.

Goes with – pizza, loud and funny conversations with friends

Fun fact – Northern & Central Italy get all the glamour for Italian wine, with regions like Piedmont and Tuscany.  This wine is from Sicily, in Southern Italy with a warmer climate.  Remember the clay I mentioned?   It is from the volcanic soil.   It gives these wines a unique taste.  Try them when you want that same but different.
