LE ORME- ITALIAN WINE BARBERA

Barbera is a the poor man’s grape in an expensive wine region in Italy –  Piedmont. People overlook this grape and go for Piedmont’s  more prestigious grape of Nebbiolo.  They are missing out.

Take advantage of having the not best house in a great neighborhood. Light but dense at the same time.  Elegant.

Goes well with – really flexible wine, so just about anything

Fun fact – You can also find Barbera from California, but its fruitier.
