DACU – SPANISH RED

A crowd pleaser. From an off the beaten track of Spain (Extremadura), known more for jamon iberico than vino.

Tough to pigeon hole the taste.

Goes well with – things with lots of flavor, like BBQ, chile, pozole

Fun Fact – some old spaghetti  westerns were filmed in Extremadura Spain.
