E. GUIGAL – FRENCH COTES DU RHONE
Easy to find, and more importantly, easy to drink.
Goes well with – think Bistro food..steak frites, onion soup, duck, things with mustard
Fun fact – some theories suggest that “Bistro” comes from the Russian troops who occupied Paris following the Napoleonic Wars. Bistro is close to the Russian word for quickly, and allegedly what the soldiers shouted.
