Used to drink this at an Indonesian restaurant in Miami run by a wonderful Dutch family.

Goes well with – I mentioned the Indonesian restaurant, as this Malbec does pretty will with meats and spice. Try lamb.

Fun fact – Garcon means waiter in both French and Portuguese. And April 17th is Global Malbec Day.
