SANTOLA – PORTUGUESE VINHO VERDE

Pure fun in a bottle. Cheap and great for hot summer days.  Slightly sparkling which is a nice touch.

Goes well with – well the crab should give you a hint.  Lower alcohol content makes it a good aperitif.

Fun fact – vinho verde means “green wine” in Portuguese, with green meaning young. This wines are not for saving.
